Questions brokers ask.

About the product, setup, pricing and your data. Anything missing, ask us directly.

The product

Which platforms do you cover?

Ticketmaster, ATG and Broadway today. Each one is read at seat level: section, row, seat and price.

How fresh is the data?

Each event is re-read every few minutes. You can set a faster cadence on the events that matter most. New events are discovered every hour.

How do pricing rules work?

A rule matches seats by section, row, price or tags, then marks them up, caps them, tags them or excludes them. Rules run in order, and every listing shows which rules shaped its price.

What happens when I change a rule?

Every affected listing is recalculated and pushed within seconds. There is no need to wait for the next scrape.

Where do the listings go?

Into your Automatiq account. Seats are grouped into contiguous blocks, and a listing is removed when its seats disappear from the box office.

Setup

What do I need?

A Linux server, proxies from any provider and an Automatiq account. We do the installation and connect everything.

How big a server?

About 2 vCPU and 4 GB of memory per 1,000 events, plus a small base. A single 32 vCPU / 64 GB machine runs up to 20,000 events. The pricing page has a calculator.

How many proxies?

Plan on one proxy IP for every 4 events you track. You buy them from any provider you like and enter them in the dashboard.

How long does installation take?

Usually a few days from getting server access to the first listings in Automatiq.

Pricing and support

What does the monthly fee cover?

Keeping SeatPipe working when Ticketmaster, ATG or Broadway change, every upgrade, monitoring and support for your Automatiq connection.

Can I try it first?

Yes. A 14-day pilot runs on up to 50 of your events and lists into your Automatiq account, before you install anything.

Is there a limit on events?

No. The price is the same whether you track 200 events or 20,000. The only limit is your own server and proxies.

Your data

Who can see my pricing rules?

Only you. SeatPipe runs on your server, so your rules, events and listings never pass through ours.

Do you share proxies between customers?

No. You bring your own, so nobody else's traffic can get your access blocked.
